Mrs Urmila Nair is a passionate educationist with over 35 years of experience.She is a keen researcher always looking at implementing the best of both worlds ie the established, time tested methodology as well as modern technologies. Theuse of audio visuals to teach phonics and computer-based games to occasionally reinforce complex concepts and makes teaching interactive are some of the newer teaching methodologies that she trains teachers to implement.The time tested models like Storytelling, dramatics, Activity based teaching are all definitely part of the teaching learning experience at Springboard. Developing critical thinking abilities and language skills is her forte. Mrs Nair is not just passionate about teaching, learning and creating a community of self-learners but she gets great satisfaction to see both teachers and students grow from strength to strength and blossom to their full potential.
